Sneha is a Development and Business Strategist with 15 years of experience in the private and development sectors, with work experiences in India, Nepal, and the USA. She holds an MBA from INSEAD (Singapore & France) and a Bachelor of Arts with an Economics major from Swarthmore College (USA) giving her a global perspective in her roles.
Currently, Sneha is the CEO and Co-Founder of Alliance Asia. She has written successful proposals and led programs aimed at improving access to finance and livelihoods in Nepal's mountain communities. In her previous roles as Program Manager at Louis Berger and as a Country Programs Coordinator at DT Global, she played a crucial role in implementing and coordinating development projects leading teams on M&E, resource mobilization, and communications.
Sneha's dedication to social change is evident through her founding of The Creative Studio, which provides expressive art and storytelling therapy to vulnerable groups in Nepal. She is also involved in digital storytelling to empower women. In addition, she is the founder of Yoma, a creative center for arts in Nepal, and Sight Impact, a tourism company that combines social impact projects with leadership development for international students. Her creativity was recognized in her work at the Prague Film School, where she contributed to a film that received recognition at the Cannes Film Festival.
